Proven Leaders to Assume Higher Profile Roles, Lead Company into Next Phase of Rich Media Innovation

Conshohocken, Pa., January 15, 2008 – PointRoll, Inc., the leading developer of innovative rich media technology solutions, today announced the promotion of Jason Tafler to CEO. Tafler succeeds former CEO Chris Saridakis, who has been appointed to the role of senior vice president and chief digital officer at parent company Gannett Co., Inc., Jason Tafler will continue to report to Saridakis.

Saridakis was named CEO of PointRoll in 2005 after serving two years as the company's chief operating officer. Tafler most recently held the position of senior vice president, Global Business Operations and Strategy for PointRoll. A three-year veteran with the company, he joined PointRoll from mergers and acquisitions firm The Jordan, Edmiston Group after advising PointRoll on its sale to Gannett in 2005. He has spent his career building, advising and investing in entrepreneurial, growth-oriented companies in the media, advertising and technology industries.

Additionally, Deann Harvey was recently promoted to senior vice president of global sales. Prior to joining PointRoll in 2004, Harvey was Midwest director for the Maxim brand, representing all Maxim properties with particular emphasis on Maxim Online. She started her career in the Account Services group at TargetCom, a brand-integrated direct marketing agency where she held multiple roles within the Account Services group, including managing the Sears client relationship and serving as an integral part of the Allstate Bank launch team.
