Prior to joining PointRoll, Max held the position of Chief Operating Officer with Green Living Media, LLC in San Francisco. In seven years with CNET Networks, most recently as Vice President, CNET Business Strategy, Max was responsible for finance, business development, search marketing and content syndication for the company's largest business unit.

As an expert in driving innovation, research and development, and advanced technologies, Sanjiv Karani brings more than 15 years experience to the role of Vice President, Global Product Management & Innovation. He will be responsible for driving PointRoll's customer-driven product innovation strategy and directing the company's team of product managers through the process of defining and developing new rich media products and services. Previously, Sanjiv served as Executive Director, Product Management & Innovation with Convergys Corporation in Cincinnati, where he spent more than 10 years in product management and planning.

Dea Lawrence brings over 15 years as a senior executive in the entertainment industry to her role as Regional Vice President, Western Sales. She is responsible for the management and expansion of the West Coast sales team, driving revenue growth and developing and maintaining all advertiser and agency relationships. Before joining PointRoll, Dea held the title of Vice President of Sales with The Variety Online Group, where she was instrumental in the creation, development and growth of the business, building and implementing the sales strategy for all online advertising sales.
